Hotel InterContinental / Cologne

The 5-star InterContinental Hotel is situated in the heart of the city of Cologne with its famous cathedral. With its 262 rooms and suites this member of the Intercontinental Hotel Group is a successful mixture of historic and modern architecture and is one of the most sought-after addresses in Germany.

Apart from an exquisite choice of restaurants and modern conference rooms it also offers a 4000 m² large Holmes Place Health Club with an exclusive Spa and a large workout area.

Task

Lodewick GmbH planned and implemented all sanitary installations. Within a short time frame, they were able to provide all work and assembly plans as well as all project related calculations. Since the location was in the centre of Cologne, assuring accurate logistics was as crucial for the success of this project as was the meeting of all deadlines within the whole construction scheme.
